How long does the sourdough stay fresh?

Our loaves are baked fresh for every pickup day and stay fresh for 3–4 days. Store in an airtight container to retain moisture.

What's in your sourdough?

Ingredients: bread flour, flaky sea salt, reverse-osmosis water, extra virgin olive oil. Specialty loaves contain inclusions — if you have dietary restrictions, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Allergens: contains wheat/gluten.

What makes your sourdough different from store-bought?

Our loaves are made from scratch and take 24–36 hours each. That slow fermentation develops their flavour and texture. Some people find sourdough easier to digest, but digestion and blood-sugar responses vary from person to person.

When do I need to order? When can I pick up?

Orders close every Wednesday at 8pm (Niagara local time). St. Catharines pickup: Fridays, 10am–1pm & 4–7pm. Contact us for the St. Catharines pickup address. Niagara Falls pickup: Saturdays, 11am–4pm at 10111 McLeod Road.

How many calories per serving?

Our classic sourdough is approximately 140 calories per 50g serving (about one slice). This is an estimate; specialty loaves may be higher.

Can I freeze it?

Yes! Slice first, then freeze in a zip-lock bag or airtight container.

What if I miss my pickup?

Life happens — just let us know and we’ll hold your order for 24 hours. All sales are final, so we’re unable to refund missed pickups.
